Appearance: Viki is the same as she has ever looked -- with long black hair, green eyes and her consistently blue and white dresses, she never seems to change. Despite having been at Budehuc for years now -- or has she? -- she still hasn't appeared to age one bit. She looks about 19 years old, but no one's sure...

Skills/Special Abilities: Teleporting. She is famed for her ability to travel through time, and at Budehuc, she is a known troublemaker for (unintentionally) teleporting people to this time. She is good with Runes, however is a bit clumsy and ditzy...
Runes: Blinking Rune, Flowing Rune
Weaknesses: She's absolutely awful at remembering people's names, and she's always confused and hungry. Her spells are also known to backfire at the most inconvenient times, and she cannot control her rune abilities perfectly.
History:
Not much is known about Viki, except for the fact that she has participated in the following wars: Island Liberation War, Sun Rune War, Gate Rune Wars, Dunan Unification War, Second Fire Bringer War. She seems to turn up whenever the Stars of Destiny are concerned, and she has been known to mumble "Waffu" in her sleep...

Apart from that, Viki appears to have made Budehuc Castle her home as of late. While not particularly close to anyone in the castle, she is mindful to be nice to everyone she meets, whether they were previously an enemy or not. Not one to bear grudges or to be mean, she tries her best to be helpful, but always ends up stuffing up.

During her stay at Budehuc, she has continuously suffered from the guilt of teleporting people from their homes to Budehuc -- and from different timelines, no less.
